The professor does not offer much to this class. It could be automated tomorrow and no one would notice. There are systems being built to do just that. I cant wait to see the dispassionate professors getting replaced so earth can be a better experience for the rest of us. There's hope for the rest of us. The rest of us

This professor just walkes in balbs for 5 seconds then leaves. make sure to bring the prelabs early he is strict about that because he wants to leave to do nothing in the office and have the TA watch us to the experiment. The labs are pretty much following instructions from the textbook. His explanation is 2/10 when he is there for the first 5min

Im not really sure what to rate. He is there only for the first 10% of the lab and then the assistant has to carry. The prelab explanation is just some quick scribbles on the board and he is done for the day. I think he may have written some of these reviews or they halved his pay because that is some low quality teaching. Youtube got your back gl.

His lab was a fairly easy class. He didn't nitpick lab reports when grading and didn't make the subject content any harder than it needed to be. The semester project is a huge part of the grade so take it seriously. His exams had random questions that didn't correspond well with the material but other than that he was great to have as a professor.

He is one of the best teachers for physics, like to help students and make recitation for the students if they asked him. If your taking physics 1 with him you have to come to class everyday coz he give quiz and it's NO WAY he'll make a make up. His final is kind of hard to the midterm and quizzes. Girard is a great guy and he's a genius in physics

He truly cares whether his students are able to learn the material and makes an effort to present it in a way that teaches not preaches. He used his weekly quizzes to guage where students were struggling so that he could immediately revisit concepts that we were struggling with. He is very accessible and always willing to help one-on-one. GREAT!

What a wonderful teacher, nice to have a prof that actually enjoys imparting knowledge onto others. Available for help outside of class time, a person actually learns physics rather then just how to regurgitate formulas.
