I found Jim to be extremely rude to students who offered a different opinion than him. I remember one lecture he gave complaining of the high wages that city employees make, when a student asked what city counsellors make (he was a counsellor at the time), he refused. He stated that it wasn't relevant.

not as bad as ppl say he is. he does go off in discussions that are completely irrelevant, but getting an understanding of what he's saying completely does make sense. he goes through too many obstacles to make his point. Does know his shiit tho! Decent marks handed out without too much work neede

If you want to regret taking a class this is the one to take. Very boring! everything everybody says about him is true. Except for the part about him being helpful. NO!! not helpful. He doesn' have a sniff about law.. shouldn't be teaching HJ classes. Avoid Avoid Avoid!!!!!!
