I'm old school and graduated back in '91. Jim was one of my favorite professors of my entire undergrad experience. He loves what he does, has an intimate knowledge of the material and will go to any length to make sure you get it, I you want to get it. There's no spoon feeding with JIm and that is a good thing for your future.

larrabee is a smart guy and a good professor. hes also insane and unintentionally entertaining. he writes the AP chem exams so his tests are tough and the final is upwards of 6 hours long. many people dislike him for arrogance, but it didnt bother me. he can be a dick but he will help you.

This guy is a great professor, he is extremely professional and very good at getting the point across. His tests are atrocious, namely because they have so few problems (a mistake on one problem leads to a full 20% drop in your grade). Regardless, I highly recommend taking a class with him.
