Comment:
Quiz heavy not really test heavy. Every day there was a quiz. There wasn't much homework and the class was a breeze. As a very studious person, I was a bit disappointed how lax the class was. I would have liked to dive deeper into topics than we did in class.

This is a very fun class I'd say, Jim tries his best to keep things interesting. There is a quiz at the start of every class, thought it doesn't count for much, so it's ok to get a low grade on these. There are also three major projects with a large swing on your grade (10-15% each). The midterm and final are very easy, great course.

Professor Leone has been my favorite professor so far at RIT. He cares so much about his students and is always willing to help. He is very thorough and more effective than any other professor that could teach a web class. If you ever get a chance, definitely take his class. If you can't, then I hope you at least get the chance to meet him.

Great guy. Made an 8AM worth it. It's clear he has a passion for teaching and he is always available to help you. The class itself is pretty easy. Do your assignments and put effort forth on the projects and you'll be fine. Professor Leone always knows how to make an early morning lecture more interesting. Choose him if you need this class.

Knows what he's talking about and what to expect from college students. Most of the material covered in the course was to be learned outside of the classroom, but most of the assignments were relatively fun! If you like making websites and are willing to put in some extra hours to understand what you are doing, the class is an easy A.

A colleague wrote the slides years ago so he presented us the relevant information from them and skipped any unnecessary slides. He provided good examples for the class to follow along with and gave us ample time to finish our in class exercises. His exercises and homework assignments gave you all the tools necessary to pass exams and projects.

Leone is one of the best proffesors I've had so far at RIT. His tests aren't that hard at all. There are alot of assignments though, daily 5 question quizzes, weekly labs, and weekly homeworks. He's pretty lenient on the way he grades these though. If you need help he won't be able to help much, the TAs my class had were much more helpful.

I hate to give him a rating like this, because I believe in another setting, he would b a fine professor. ITSE.260 - designing the user experience is a spectacular work of disaster. He claims the class is being re-written. Finals are next week and I still have no idea what my grade is or what is going on. Preying to get out of this alive.

Floeser is a bit tough to like at first. He's very smart and knows his stuff. BUT, he comes off as arrogant at times. This is just his nature and means well. Just get on his good side and he will help you pass.

Jim is filled with so much information. If you are fascinated by this stuff, he could go on and on forever if you asked him a question. Which is great when you are confused, but it can get a little dull. Tests were challenging but doable.

Fair Professor. He does OK job on lectures. His homework and lab work is not clear. Sometimes I wonder if the professor is taking the complicated approach to make the program to work while there are a quicker and simpler approach. But he helped me to understand Java Programming well.

This professor makes you learn on your own. He teaches very quickly and only goes over slides. Slides that he does skip over for time sake are very important to your success. Information on the slides are all on the tests. Overall if you want to teach yourself at a 42,000 dollar a year university be my guest, if you actually want to learn... Don't!
