Miracle, I earned a 4 year degree. I'm a math/science disaster since 2nd grade.I took Martin's classes, earned A's. I had a lot to get through in life. My current quality of life & ability to take care of myself/family as a professional is directly attributed to my personal improvement & successes attained while a student of Dr. Martin's for 2 yrs.

Very smart teacher. Can be very rude and condescending. Speed's through the chapter without really explaining much on the subject. Will go off topic alot. Test are easy, puts over 350 points on the test and you only need 225 to get an A. Will meet with you after he test to go over what you missed. Can miss most of the 100 M/C and still get an A

This teacher makes very discriminating and opinionated comments which I personally found very rude and unprofessional. I didn?t learn anything except his personal goals, values, and beliefs on life. If you decide to take his class you must know one things...HE IS ALWAYS RIGHT!!!

Dr. Martin is the best teacher I've had at J. Sarge. He does have a very powerful personality and if yours clashes with him, I imagine the class could be hell for you. After you get to know and understand the way he works and the way the class works, Biology can become your favorite class. I took his class on a whim and have loved every moment.

he's the BEST teacher. i started with a 37 on the first test and thought he was the hardest teacher and then i talked to him and he was more than willing to help and tell me exactly what to study to get a's. i left his class with a 98. dont stress the whole test b/c he puts 350 to 450 pts on ea. one and you only need 225 pts to get an a.

DR.martin was great. it may be hard to understand his personality and sense of humor in the beginning, but in the end, you realize that he only acts that way b/c he is so knowledgeable. take this class if you really want to learn something. and i can promise you wont ever forget him

I think he is a great teacher. He is a bit rude and difficult to get along with, but he knows more about biology than any human ever should. He'll help you out if you go talk to him. To get 100 on the test, you have to answer about 30% of it right. My friend got about 270 on every test (got around 110). If you work at it, you can pass this class.

Excellent Professor! He carves out of the book what is important. If you take good class notes and pay attention, hard not to do well on his tests which he only lookes for 225 points on a 300-400 point test for an A. Makes science very interesting and I leaned a tremenous amount of information I use in every day life.
