Her lectures are entertaining. Great use of teaching aids (powerpoints, cartoons, movies, quizzes...) She is definitely the most motivated person I know for OB. The exams are pretty tricky, and have some questions from her lectures (not in text). Don't fool yourself into thinking her exams are easy because the subject seems like "common sense".

The material itself is boring, but she made the entire course worth studying. She is very enthusiastic and cheerful. She made this course my favourite class all year. The exams are detailed but fairly easy. Definetly recommend taking this course with her.

Exams are challenging, asking little details. She tries to make her classes interesting, and tends to do a good job, especially with videos. It's just too bad that the material is just so boring and pointless. Only wish I had her in a different class.

Hands down the worst class I have taken at Western. Text book is horrible and lectures are worse. Her exams are flat out difficult, which makes it even harder to study a discipline like HR.

Exams are pretty hard, but fair. Finegan puts a lot of effort into teaching the class. It is too bad that this course is so uninteresting. Just another bad attempt by the ACS department to put together a business course (HR). Unfortunte that Finegans intelligence is wasted by teaching this class.

Professor Finegan is an awesome prof. I have never seen anyone so enthusiastic about their course material, and she finds ways to help students relate to it. Sure her exams are hard, but if you go to class and read the text, you can still get 80s

I've had many teachers throughout my 4 years at uwo and she is by far my favourite. She is my second mom...she is extremely helpful and understanding. She made an extremely boring topic interesting! I went to class just to hang out with her.
