Prof. Porcaro is one of the best professors out there. She makes learning fun and makes you think outside of the box. She is very understanding and respects her students and values their opinions. She isn't only an amazing professor but she is also an amazing and caring person. All the classes that she teaches are great and creative.

The posts below say that she is a great teacher! HUH??? What did she teach? You make collages or board games for the midterm - the classes are nonsensical. She's a nice lady but should be teaching elementary school, not college. I don't expect much from Pace.... but more than this! Sorry!

excellent professor, no stupid tests or quizzes. quizzes are done on line at home, u can copy them or find answers in the book. Class is fun and interesting. You don't have to shlep the book to class. She cares about all her students and will do everything in her power to help you. Definitely take her.

You will want to kill yourself after each class. Talk about emotional dumping. If I had to sit through another story about the pills she takes or how she saves her dead husband's things I don't know if I could take it. Such an unmotivating presence. Take her class in critical thinking or as I call it critical stinking.

First of all for u to say she should not teach is terrible. she loves what she does and her students. she just has different teaching methods. she however does give easy a's but u still need to do what u have to, which is, not that much. but she is she biggest sweetheart ever!
