SUPER friendly and nice and has a huge heart. This class was an 8 am and she made it easy to get through. No exams, no papers, only journals due every week about the previous weeks classes. One group project, which wasn't horrible. Very passionate about diversity and world/LGBTQ peace and is very. Easiest college course I've ever taken

Jodi is one of the best professors I have had. She is so ethusiastic and very knowledgable. Lab is just like another lecture. Go to lecture because she takes random attendance quizzes. She posts all of her powerpoints online too. 100% take her, shes awesome

Horrible professor, had her for an online class and every email I sent her was responded to (appx a week later which is a long time in an 8 week summer class) with rude, unhelpful remarks. I would NOT take any class by Dr. Brookins Fisher ever again.

Absolutely loved this class! Jodi is such a great professor! She explains everything thoroughly to make sure you understand the material and gives many extra credit opportunities. Definitely recommend taking this course or any class with Jodi!

By far the best prof at CMU. She is extremely helpful in class with work as well as outside with any questions you may have. Even if you are not going into any Health Science related field take one of her classes, because it makes your college experience that much better. Take my advice and take one of Jodi's classes!!

Okay, I understand what Jodi was trying to do, but this class was an absolute joke. I got an A and barely went to class. On top of that, it was completely disorganized and I felt as if our class was treated like a bunch of high-schoolers. Overall Jodi is a very nice lady, but the class just didnt cut it.

Such an easy class. Jodi gives so many opportunities for extra credit. It's hard not to get an A. There are two big projects, tests every other week, and easy online quizzes. You should definitely go to class because tests are right from the lecture. Don't buy the book...never used it! Jodi is a great teacher, take her if u can!!

Jodi's awesome! I will admit the class is a little disorganized, but its fun and very relivant. Two projects, quiz every other week, tests every other week. Lectures are fun and interesting. Stupid class, very disorganized. Easy enough to pass but not an easy A. Tests are from the lecture and the book, but a lot of the questions are completely random little facts she finds somewhere in the book. if you just need the UP credit find a different class.

She seemed to have an attitude when I questioned one of her projects. She offers no class time for group projects.Her exam essay covers material that was never discussed in class and she takes away a lot of points for not using perfect APA format. Best of luck to those who aren't her favorites.
