I took this class for oral communication in the spring semester. It was an easy A. I did all of the chapter quizzes in one weekend just to get them out of the way(they're on quizlet). Only had to do three speeches and one group speech. He's apart of the theater program so if we went to a show we got extra credit. Super easy.

Comment:

Very easy to talk to. Makes clear of what he wants in his speeches. Grades average, but not too hard. I liked him because he made giving speeches not awkward. No class when quizzes are due and work days for speeches. I would recommend him!

I took Listening Behavior Skills as a summer class and it was a breeze. Dr. K is so funny and friendly that the class just flew by. His quizzes come word for word from the text book and the class relies heavily on memorization.

He was a great teacher! He made Fund. Oral Comm. worth the hour. He has a lot of patience and if you give your all you will do fine. He is entertaining and loves his job. He is always available and was willing to help. Online quizzes and speeches are the only major assignments. Towards the end of semester, there is less class! TAKE HIM!

I was not looking forward to the speech class at all! I still do not like giving speeches, Dr. K made it so easy though. We had somewhere around 90 points extra credit possible. Go to class and do your speeches. It was a very easy A.

He is delightful as a professor. As a "nontrad" he made me feel wecome and his class has been the most enjoyable experience I've had since I started back to school. He is down-to-earth but at the same time is very focused and professional. I would recommend him for fundamentals course.

He is a good teacher, he really helps a lot and is a really funny guy. He isn't exactly an easy A, take Johnson if you want that, but he will help you a lot on your public speaking. Come to class, only use one notecard, and say your points and thesis clearly with good transitions and you will get a good grade. Expect a B in his class
