Took the course with him 11 years ago. Covered like 30% of the syllabus. HE wasted too much class time. Once he spent an hour discussing what he tought the rate of time preference of street bums is, at a time when we were already way behind on the material.

Interesting material, knows his stuff. Has been recycling the same ideas since the 60's. Confusing lecturer, his articles are better. Way too much reading. Do his assignments. Very hard mid-terms (nails you if he THINKS you don't understand), easier final

Makes things much harder that they are. Weird system of testing. As a matter of fact, he's one of the extremely few people that have refused to release their "ASSU Anti-Calender" ratings because they are SO BAD!
