Shows a lot of proofs during class and does not go over examples very much. Exams are difficult but curves big time! Just at least put some work down for each problem on the exam and you will get more than partial credit. Nice man.

OMG! Please, if you want to know what you are doing in this class take someone else...Do not take Gruber, take Kaufmann...the only thing good is his FAT CURVE! Tests are HARD, hardly helps during office hours! Teaching style not student friendly!
