I agree Hendrix killed the Pride. Enrollment has dropped after he became head director and the entire attitude of the band has changed. Also he has a compulsion to end EVERY song the same way. He even changed a pre-game song to fit his ending.

Everything JH teaches or conducts is easy and fun. His personality is what makes the class interesting. Arranging was a step by step process. One of the only classes I actually took something from.
