Comment:
I have been at OU for 4 years, and Kim is the worst professor I have ever had. He thinks because in his mind a subject is easy, you should have no issues in it. Makes you feel dumb, and legit tells kids not to take his class because "he gets paid no matter what." I hope you were not lying when you said you read these Kim, because you are the worst.

acts like he's better than you from the start, and that to me is very unprofessional. Not whiling to help you out if your struggling . End of the semester I emailed asking for feedback on our group project to see what we got wrong and he never responded so he could give whatever grade he wanted and we had no idea. Very unprofessional.

Class consist of 4 test, 50 questions each. He does a lot of in class, real world examples and shows passion in his lectures. He does go off topic sometimes but still very interesting. If you show up and take the notes you will pass. Also read up on concepts you do not understand.

Your grade is 4, 50 multiple choice exams. Exams do come straight from the notes, but are pretty tough. He does not post notes on Moodle, so if you miss class you have to get them from someone else. Nice guy & funny but I think he likes making you work for it. Textbook was not opened once.

Kim is awesome, funny guy and easy to understand. Class is based off 4 exams that are 50 multiple choice, so each class day is all lecture. Exams are pretty straightforward and come straight from the notes. However, he doesn't post the notes and will not give you them no matter what so just ask someone else if you miss a day. Don't really need book

He bases all your grade on 4, 50 multiple question tests, so study the material. I didn't get the book and it was a mistake. Sure, he gives you all the info you need using the slides (which he won't post), but he goes through them way too fast. My advice: get the book and read it before every test, then you'll do fine. He's nice and a funny guy.

4 exams each worth 25% of your grade. No HW. Doesn't post powerpoints but if you take notes from the powerpoints and review them for the exams you will do fine. Interesting lectures and goes through the material pretty fast.

Overall, this class is just okay. None of the Power Points are posted so you need to be ready to take notes. He tends to move quickly through the material. He only gives 4 exams, they are 50 multiple choice questions. They don't seem hard until, you see your grade after. Make sure you study and review all the material before hand and pay attention.

Professor Kim was amazing! His lectures are so interesting and he uses real world examples to make them more interesting. As long as you go to class and take down notes from his slides, you should be good. He lets you know exactly what he expects from you from day one and he only grades on 4 exams. If you enjoy marketing definitely take him!

Prof. Kim is a straight G!!! He breaks it down the first day and keeps it real all semester long. Come thru to class, sit down, take notes, and review the notes. I would recommend reviewing the notes throughout the semester after each week for like 30 minutes to stay refreshed for the exams.

Lectures are really interesting, he uses lots of examples, but he refuses to post any notes on Moodle -- you must attend class to get them. He tells all students to write bad reviews on here (speaks native English, no accent). He talks about lot about himself. Tests are all multiple choice (scantron), very tough. He's a nice guy -- just smug.

He's a great Professor. Uses real life and interesting examples to help you apply the topics he talks about. As long as you go to class and take notes you'll be just fine. It's only 4 tests with 50 multiple choice questions, but if you memorized your notes from class they'll seem pretty easy.

Mixed feelings, only take if he's the last prof open, I wouldn't take him again. He cares about the subject but he reuses examples every week and loves to talk about himself. Only grades are 4 exams, he puts questions on exams that he barely covered in class.

He is very intellegent and funny at times. You have two options, never go to his class and read the book (but seriosuly know the book inside and out) or go to class every day and take notes on everything and you may get away with no book but either method will allow you to get a 3. if you want higher, do both. 4 50MC exams worth 25% each.

This guy is very rude. He makes fun of people and hopes no one joins his class. He should not be the head of the marketing department. The exams are outdated and do not match up with hardly anything. There can be multiple right answers for it!

4 tests, lecture everyday, none on moodle, book helps a little. That is as simple as a class gets and if you don't get the notes or attend class for what he will add to the book you have no shot. 50 question tests and all from his powerpoints, he does not try to trick you. PLEASE learn from my mistake and study 3-4 days in advance! Each test is 25%

He is a very good lecturer, very easy to understand, and follows the book. I think he's a great teacher. The only downside is that there is no homework. Your entire grade is based on 4 tests. The tests are kinda tough sometimes, but if you went to class and read the book, you'll be fine.

Great lecturer, will keep you entertained throughout the course. Class consist of 4 exams, the questions come from the in-class notes. Some of the questions are worded a little funny, but for the most part they're not bad.

Awful professor. The worst class experience I have ever had in my life. He is arrogant, lazy, and wants to trick students with his 4x 50 multiple-choice question exams, rather than impart knowledge of Marketing. Lectures with outdated Powerpoint slides that he doesn't provide to students because he refuses to use the online system. Learned ZERO

I am currently taking his class right now in the Summer Semester. Your grade consists of only 4 exams, all based on your notes. Memorize them and you'll be fine. Professor Kim uses lots of examples to help clarify marketing topics.
