Loved this man's courses. Yes,he appreciates those who agree with his views,but he also respects those who don't. As for his feminist perspectives, I think it to be refreshing to have a male-in a male dominated profession- express views on this form of criticism.He also values psycho-analytic and contextual crit.Have you been sleeping? John "Father" Kooistra is an arrogant know-it-all. He pidgeon holes a person early in a semester and it becomes near impossible to get out of it. Spend 45 hours or 45 minutes on an assignment, it doesn't matter he has already graded it prior to you handing it in.
