Fantastic prof!I highly recommend any class taught by John Kyle. I took both COM 410 (leadership strategies) and COM 435 (corporate relations and responsibilities) with John. He marks the assignments by the next class. His classes are engaging and allows you to actually learn from movies. Gives you a different perspective. No final, just a midterm.

Awesome class to have with a hard semester. I had 3h night classes and we rarely stayed over 2h. Midterm was straightforward, no final, but you do have to attend class. No complaints.

Great teach. Old navy vet, lots of experience, highly opinionated. His lectures are very engaging. For leadership he taught with the use of hollywood movies (might sound kinda dodgy but it was very good). His grading is standard. Tough to get an A, but tough to get a C

Class is fairly easy, has great lectures in which he uses his typical pessimistic view and attacks everything regarding polictis (very funny) and is obviously motivated to teach us. Very clear in what he wants, although you have to ask him some things, but he is always available, even gives out his home number to call him. Overall great teacher.

Great prof. I can actually use his knowledge in the real world. Only wimps and hippies don't like him. John is a straight shooter and he's got an old school mentality. Probably the only commerce prof who has any REAL WORLD business experience.
