Comment:

Just a great professor all around. He may not be the easiest, but that's a good thing for this class. Makes you really understand the material front, back, and side to side. Tests are similiar to his handout HW's in terms of you have to really think. No papers. He'll teach everything you need to know in class and on time.

Comment:

He was my favorite teacher because he made class enjoyable. The material wasn't too difficult and he gives a lot of examples for you to base homework off of and prepare for tests. He would write out the correct answers on assignments to help you study for tests too. As long as you keep up with the work you shouldn't have a problem with this class.

He is such a great professor. He really wants his students to succeed. He is always looking for a reason to crack a joke and laugh but also stays on topic. Also there is not a heavy load of homework but you should do it cause he only grades that and tests. I would totally take this class again!

Dr. O'Neill was a very good professor. He is a genius and knows every facet of the class. Really have to work to get a good grade in his class, his tests are very straightforward and the only other grades you have are homework. If you put the work in, you'll succeed in his class, and he's always willing to help if you need it

To be honest, he has a very different style of teaching. He goes through the class in a fast pace. I was lost most of the time and he's not great at explaining. His tests are so different from the homework he gives out. Midterm and Final are very hard. Like I said, you can get into a black hole and your not getting out of it

DrO is an amazing professor. I'm not saying you're guaranteed an A in his class but you learn so much. It's not hard to get a good grade if you pay attention and ask questions. Ask at least one question everyday, he likes it. GREAT guy, super funny and always trying to help. Makes class fly by. Take him if possible.

This guy is one of the worst. He requires you to come already knowing the material. The way he explains things are very confusing. Instead of coming to class with a daily objective, he just takes questions from the class and thats what he uses as his lesson plan for the day. He also takes off points on tests for incorrect answers. Hated the class!!

Great teacher, I really enjoyed him. If you aren't that good at math however, I wouldn't take him. He goes over the material in class and makes sure everyone understands. Tests aren't too difficult. Do the homework (its mandatory). He's really nice too. Kinda corky. Very helpful at office hours. And DON'T keep your phone on in class.

Terrible professor. Adds way more content than necessary. Punishes students by adding more difficult work not taught in class if students do not ask questions. Needs to slow down the pace in class. He skips steps on the board when he does the math in his head.

I only had Dr. O'Neill for one class but wish I could have taken him more. I still go to him for advice and just to talk to. I struggled with the material but still enjoyed it and did okay in the class. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone, but you have to be willing to put in the effort.

Great teacher, knows what he's talking about. Actually makes stats enjoyable to learn at points. Not a lot of outside help, but if you see him with questions he will definitely help you. Tough material to learn, prepare to read and work through the book daily to excel in this class. ASK QUESTIONS IN CLASS!!!

Great Prof. Really cares about his students doing well and understanding the material. He is a business prof in the math dept but he fits in well. If you are looking for a math upper level, this is an interesting class, but attendence is critical. DRO never fails to make you laugh. But prepare to do some work -- it is an upper level.

Dr. Oniel is a very good professor, you will learn alot from his class. He is very hard and expects you to do alot of work on your own and come with questions. He will offer you a better education than any other QBUS teacher.Try to go to the help lab alot he knows who shows up!! Take him if you want to learn and do well in upper level courses. DRO!

Comment:

Adds more material to the test because class didn't ask him enough questions. He can't come up with his own review questions so the class has to ask him. It is unfair to the students who actually do all the HW because then you have to memorize more stuff because the class didn't have questions. I am extremely disappointed!
