Comment:

Monotone in some cases, but extremely knowledgeable. I enjoyed how he challenged his student's views and was able to connect theology to relevant issues that seemed far from religion and spirituality. His classes can be dry.... but the readings I found were interesting. Talk to him outside of class for interesting discussions and perspectives.

Worldviews is a fascinating subject, but... John talks really slow, also he has strong opinions and sometimes won't be open to student's thoughts. He is also a devout Christian and this greatly influenced the class. He lacks knowledge of Eastern Religions, but seems to make things up when he doesn't know. I liked Public Policy a lot though.

He is very nice and willing to help but kind of rambles and is hard to understand what he is trying to say. He does have a bias for what he believes especially in Worldviews class. Very knowledgeable and is always involved in RC community events.

After three years at RC I still don't know how to feel about John. He tends to ramble quite a bit, and his points are sometimes unclear. He has a very obvious bias. But he has a good heart and genuinely cares about his students, and he has a sense of humour about himself.
