Dr. Wells is starightforward. His lectures come straight from the book, as does the homework. The 3 quizzes, 2 exams, and the final all come straight from the homework! Study your homework! He is fun teacher: every friday he brings in stuff to show the physics of what the class is learning. Many find no need to come to class. So goes either way.

Man this guy is the worst teacher ever. He trys but he just sucks... im not going to rate hardness b/c the class is hard regardless of the teacher but he wont teach you anything. i could have never gone to class and got the exact same grade...B

He is a good teacher. 3 announced pre-announced quizzes, dropped the lowest, 1 hw/week, 2 tests and the final. I had a tough time with Phys (calculus based) because I had so many classes, but he is a good teacher.

Nice man, teaches well, drops lowest quiz and only gives about 3. the tests are the same in all sections and stink badly. The final stinks the most. Too bad he's more or less retired, though. I recommend Wells, if you have to take calculus based phys. I recommend chemistry, if you don't.

This is really the easiest science that I have had yet. As long as you go to class, perform the experiments, and take the tests you will do fine. He really is a great professor, and he is willing to help you at anytime! Take him if you can!

His class is very nicely laid out (He follows Robinson's lesson plans) and he's a great guy- one of the kindest profs I've had. Plus, he understands that his class isn't the only one you have, so HW is kept at a minimum.:)

Very helpful with homework (sometimnes he'll work it out for you and then explain it), tests are straightforward. Sometimes lecture is a bit hard to follow. Highly recommended.
