never never trust what this pantaloon said, around 80% class hours were wasted by him. especially, in the moring class( 8am-10am), he was only chatting with students and eating breakfast, as long as 1 hrs . If you are his student right now, lol, becareful, he is wasting your money and time.

Does know his stuff regarding the construction process, not so much in the details dept. Terrible grasp of the english language. Assignment critera difficult to understand, which he would also change online the night before a project was due. Many of his exams were filled with spelling and grammar mistakes, which I found quite unprofessional

Great personality (takes no crap) and seems to really care about construction managment and the quality of the output from the college. What else could we ask for, the man is almost perfect even with all his attitude, has flipped on me several times. Keep it up it works.
