Best professor I ever had. Went through UC Davis post grad degree looking for the same top quality, life changing experience I had in Mr. Adler's classes and everyone else fell short. Wish we could clone this man and put him in every high school and college campus in the US!!!

He fails to stick to the syllabus and teaches 20th and 21st century history, in addition to what you are supposed to be learning. 80% = "A" by his grading structure. He sings songs and plays the guitar to make the class go by easier, but he is a complete revisionist historian. Be prepared to learn how evil America is, according to him.

this guy is awesome! his grading system is so easy that you really get to enjoy the class. he teaches from his own book, so there isnt much or any in class reading. he lectures from his knowledge, rather than the tedious words in a book.

Best history teacher I ever had in all my years of school. Actually succeeded in making a subject I usually found boring very interesting. Backs up his lessons with slides/images, songs/culture, and makes it something real that you can relate to. Plus he's a good guy and cares about his students.
