It's been 14 years since I graduated as a poli sci major. I had Dr Brown for many many classes and to this day, I can remember his lectures and our conversations. There are not many professors that left an impression on me, and even fewer that would motivate me to write more than a decade later.

Overall, Dr. Brown is a cool guy- very laid back, likes to have some fun once in a while. Lectures, however, can get a little boring. Sometimes, what he wants you to do for an assignment isn't exactly clear, so make sure to clarify. Quizzes and tests are sometimes verbatim from the book. Don't over-think them, or you'll mess up. Decent class.

He's a nice guy, but his tests are completely random as hell. He can't spell correctly or let alone speak correctly. However ( or hayever in brownism) he is organized in class, although there is a good chance you will fall asleep. Do not take him. He's the professor who makes pple change majors.
