Prof. Dennin is the best!! I literally have no understanding of math at all, and his teaching style is so clear and understanding. He cares a lot about his students and tries to make the concepts as simple to understand as possible. A must take for math core!!

Mr. Dennin is probably one of the best teachers I've had at Fairfield. He really knows his stuff and really wants you to as well. He will answer any and all questions you have until you understand the material. He really does care about each student he has. The work load is entirely manageable, and he will help outside of class any time.

Sometimes he can be confusing but if you ask questions or go to office hours he will help. Gives lots of opportunities to earn extra points. Very fair. Homework not mandatory but assigns good problems to test if you know the material. Three tests and a final also gives hard problem sets, like take home tests.

Not the most interesting man but he is very good at making everything clear and easy to understand. I used to get C's in high school math and I got straight A's with him. He understands most people are in his class to fulfill the core so he only cares about basics. Easy and fair grader. Easy tests and quizzes that only count if you do well on them

A great teacher! it's challenging material, but he walks you through it and will do as many examples as you need. He gives quizzes that don't count toward your grade which help you know if you understand the material. fair tests, clear about what's going to be on it. VERY nice, really cares about the students and how you are doing. Take him!

he does not care about what he is teaching which makes you not care. he does not teach how to do problems. instead he teaches how to derive them which does not help at all. do NOT take if calculus is not easy for you. oh, and the final is all on the material he rushed through the last week which means you will not do well

Awesome teacher. I hated the material, but he covered it well. Hilarious guy, class flies by, and there's barely any work. Homework is optional, tests are easy, and he's really helpful when you ask him questions. I would definitely recommend him.

He is aactually a very good teacher if you do the work. Does not like people who think they are good at Math. For him to truly like you, you must do well in his class. He is very willing to help if you have questions but he does tend to answer the questions in a very general way.

Hes a nice guy and a good teacher, however, i have heard from many people in higher level classes that he is not a good teacher for them, but if u can take if for this class you should. He doesnt care about attendance and (for this class) he gives a study guide of exactly what we need to know for each test.

refused to repeat anything from previous classes even if its still relevant, doesn't explain things well, his office hours consist of 2 30min blocks and 60min block so theres always so many people there that he ends up just lecturing again n doing a bad job which is why people go in the first place
