The class is pretty clear cut. There's one project every week and there's an online quiz every week. You don't have to read in order to pass, but you do have to purchase the book in order to pass. You can't find the answers online on your own. If you mess up on a project, he'll let you redo it without penalizing you which is nice. Not a bad prof.

Good professor. Very understanding and caring. He actually cares and listens to his students and their concerns. I went to class and a lot of students skipped and as a result of going to class when many people didn't, I got 5 bonus points and was exempt from the final!

Dr. D is the man!!!!!!! His class was the best in my college career and he was really helpful with everything. He is probably the best teacher i've had at IUP. Definitely take him if you can

Dr. D is cool. he LOVES to talk. His tests arent bad. You don't need the book really. Attendance is mandatory. Not a bad class, but it can be boring. I dont think I would take him again though

Joe D is a cool cat. Pritty much anything goes. Class content was interesting but boring because he pritty much taught from PowerPoint slides. There are three exams, 10 quizzes, and 1 paper to write for the class. Don't need to buy the book because you buy a pro packet and thats what the tests are from. Go to class it's part of the grade! wrk hard!

As a Special Education major I had Dr. D in many courses. Dr. D tells it like it is. His classes can be quite hard. If you meet with him and ask questions he will get you through the course with at least a C. He does not use different tests, copy them.
