Joe was a great teacher last year, easy to understand & his lectures were great. He cared about his students & made sure that you retained what you learned. A shame that he retired last year, but everyone who took PLG200 in W2013 at Ryerson was very satisfied with his class. His farewell speech was amazing. Love you Joe! You're a legend in SURP.

It's nice having a professor that doesn't try to intimidate us. He's so remarkably relaxed and friendly, takes some of the stresses off students. Put him next to unstable angry profs like Keeble and Springer is literally an angel. He gets along with his students and genuinely seems to care about them.
