I retook her class in 2017. Actually, I had taken Shimon's. I do feel the difference, Shimon's teaching is more clear and accurate. In the final, her mind was not clear, and ask us submit 30 minutes before scheduled. She is not better than any of instructor I have met, but her rate is high. Therefore, I feel need to tell my experience.

She is a nice professor. She cares her student. Clearing grading criteria, 2 midterms(55%), three quizzes(10%),and one final(35%). Her tests are fair, you can get a very high mark if you study her notes and read the textbook. Preview and reading textbook are recommended because she sometimes goes over the topic too fast and u will feel confused.

Not an easy course, but she explains it pretty clear. Your grade is based on three midterms, which are pretty straightforward as long as you attend lectures regularly; and one final, which is not easy since it's accumulative. She is very approachable and extremely helpful during hours. Her lectures are sort of dull though

Drones on using the same analogy of beer and pizza. She is an extremely nice person who wants to see you succeed. A lot of her lectures are full of diagrams and graphs... doesn't really feel like it applies to real life.

She has two midterms and a final so if you screw up badly on one of those your mark might be hard to save. She does provide her own notes as well as practice questions for the exams but you should still read the textbook if you are confused or just simply ask her for help. Her exams are not that difficult.

Midterm-1 30% , Midterm-2 35 % and Final EXAM - 35%. The course could have been more easier if there had been some percentage for quizzes and assignment. Textbook Required.

Josephine is a great professor. Econ has a low success rate so it is hard to get a decent mark. I would for sure take another class with her as she follows the textbook very closely which is so helpful when studying on your own! the quizzes are only worth 10% of your overall mark and the rest is test based. study the textbook and you should be fine

Are there two Josephine Pasucuzzi?! I withdrew the same class with Fulton, and his exams were INFINITELY more difficult. Exams are very fair, literally word for word from notes. You would had to done 0 studying to fail, her questions are as basic as it gets. Final was multiple choice and straight from notes. Very helpful and nice outside of class.

The worst Econ teacher I have ever had. Her writing is terrible and many students can't recognize the words. Her personality is a big issue cuz she likes to spread negative thoughts to the students. If u want learn sth and have a happy life, don't even think about taking her class.

Alot of people in the class are failing and won't pass the course. Her teaching is basically reading the book, people sleeping in class are a common sight. The course is entirely based one exams, no wonder so many people are failing!!! 3 Quizes worth 10%, Exam#1 25%, Exam#2 30%, Final 35%. Also... All exams are WRITTEN!!! Do not take!!

Not the best most of het class is failing the course. She's not clear on what's gonna be on exams and 70% of her class is failing class. Not accessible and she goes very fast in class. Hates when people don't understand or they need to slow her down. Econ is better if taken with another prof.

Not sure why her rating is this low. I will definitely take her class again, no doubt! If you put in effort, its not hard to get an A. She also has a really clear grading criteria - 3 quizzes, 2 midterms and one final exam (no homework at all!)

Josephine is a great teacher. Her teaching is easily understood. The problem sets (optional) she provides are challenging but also engages with the material being taught during class. Quizzes are easy, and the exams are essentially easier versions of the practice problems. Attendance is not mandatory but recommended.
