I am going to miss this class so much! Professor Halil is a brilliant and helpful professor. Always clear with her expectations, she chooses interesting books that are hard to put down. She's also very big on participation. She helped my writing so much and always graded fairly. Take this class!

One of the best professors I've had at BU. She's really helpful with papers. Before submitting a paper, you can have her look at it and she'll tell you exactly what you need to fix. If you need a WR 150 class, I recommend taking it with her.

Extremely fun teacher. Can relate easily to her students. Good reading selections, but she can see if you don't read it. Only three papers, so not much work. Really helpful - lets class out early so you can work on the papers. I recommend her everyone!

she is an excellent teacher! she taught me alot about writing effective papers and teaches grammar well. her books are excellent and she is really down to earth! i would recommend this class to anyone, but i dont want people to take my spot in the class!
