Karsten is absolutely the best instructor that I have ever taken a college course from. It's really a shame that he is no longer at CSCC. He is extremely knowledgeable, articulate and most of all hilarious. More than anything else, he truly cares about his students. I'm in a graduate program in psychology, and I owe all to him.

Karsten was such an amazing teacher, i tried looking for him in another psych class, but have not saw him these last few semesters i hope he did not leave, he is 1 of the beat professors i have ever had, and going to class was an enjoyment for once, must take him if you can find him.

Karsten is fantastic! He makes learning fun & interesting. I remembered important things because of how funny & awesome his class was. I looked forward to going to class, which never happens. His tests can be hard if you do not study & take good notescompare with friends. I was sick one time & my makeup test was like 2 wks later & such an EASY A!

Karsten and he has made me love psych even more than before. Pay attention in class, take notes, laugh at him being silly, &learn from fantastic real world examples. He plays music&videos from our time that help students learn. Best teacher I have had in a long time! I missed a test because I was ill, he gave me time to study, I made it up & got A+

Karsten is the best teacher I've ever had. This man was born to teach! He is a perfect combination of funny/ serious. He is organized, passionate, and an excellent communicator. He tells you exactly what you need to know and gives memorable examples. He is completely straight forward so you know exactly what you need to study. I miss him!

Karsten is such an amazing professor! he makes you want to go to class and he uses real life experiences to explain the material. I had him as a professor for Social and Abnormal Psychology, and i would take more classes from him if i could. i highly recommend him as a professor!

Hands down the best prof i've encountered at Columbus State. Karston cares very much about the success of his students. He also is very passionate about his work and excites you to feel the same way. He is also hilarious and engaging with a great use of visual aids. i would take this class a million times over.

Professor Look is an awesome teacher and has so many different examples and visual aids to help student understand the subject matter. He tells you exactly what notes to take and what will be on the test. The only way I think you can fail his class is if you don't have the notes because you didn't come to class. I recommend him!

Very engaging and down to earth with truly enjoyable classes. Four exams and 2 project papers with comprehensive study guides that he goes over before each exam. Only used my text once for research, it's completely unnecessary. He offers lots of EC and is a more than fair grader. If at all interested in Psych, you'd be crazy not to take his class!
