Shes a good lecturer, however I didn't like how she weighed the course, about 60% of your mark is based on the last week of class (the final and the final project) but other than that its an easy class if you go to the lectures and keep up!

Made a course about organizational behaviour almost interesting. You can tell she really enjoys teaching. This is one of the easiest courses I've ever seen, 3000 words on Remember the Titans for 25%! ha!

She made a class that I thought would be very boring into something excellent! The class was well taught and very well presented to the students. I would LOVE to have her again. And good luck to her in her phD studies! She will make an excellent professor

Tries hard; relates really well to students; encourages an interactive, dynamic class; learns the names of students; very approachable; not afraid to remind us that she too was a student; tailor's course to what's _useful_ to us, not to what a Management program would expect; treats students as equals; very able to answer any and all questions

Kate is friendly, energetic and very easy to talk to. Being a student herself, she could definitely relate to the class. She made OB very enjoyable, and you could tell this (rather than Math) was the course she was meant to teach. What an awesome prof!
