you should read the book and study the notes, they go in hand. She goes by book and what she does not cover, you do not have you know nor read it in the book. The test were pretty hard and hated the clickers. I got an A in the class

She is not interesting, she is very boring. She simply reads from the powerpoint. You have midterm, final, and in class quizes with clickers. Can make upthe midterm after you take the final. Do not need the book!! Just study all the powerpoints she puts on blackboard and you will get an A on the tests, garaunteed. She will help you individually.

very unorganized, boring class, i went to every class and was still constantly confused. clicker quizes never worked. she lets you make up the mid term on the day of the final. i would suggest someone else if you don't want to fall asleep during class. i got a b, but only because of the curve.

She's very unorganized, and doesn't know how to use the CPS system, so the students suffer, and is inconsistent with what she wants us to study for. She'll give you certain chapters to study for the quiz, and on the quiz she puts on questions that we had no clue how to answer, and she knew it, but didn't offer to change our grades or anything...

She's very old, and her information is out of date. In class, she just reads a powerpoint presentation that is ages old and is going out of date, and the notes are posted online. She does cut out a few pieces of the notes and give brief clicker quizzes (which rarely worked) in order to encourage attendance. Choose someone else.

its hard to learn ANYTHING in her class .. we kept using those stupied clickers that we ALL bought and alot of the time it never worked.. most of the class got a C b/c of her curve but thats about it .. not a very good teacher. i was warned b4 i took the class also.

Her lectures are very boring, but you have to show up to class for the quizzes taken via clickers (on the days that the clickers actually worked). Her pp slides come directly from the book. She lets you take a make-up midterm on the Final day. Final and Midterm or all m/c. She curves everything though, which helps a bit.

She is very unorganized. she said we were going to have a quiz everyday so i came every day but then we never did because she couldnt use the clickers. Your grade is based on quizes which are easy, and two huge exams which are pretty hard but she curves them so thats good
