GREAT teacher. Hard marker but she wants the best you have. She literally wrote the book, which by the way is VERY useful in the real world. She has a dry sense of humor but can be funny at times.

Kathy LITERALLY wrote the book we used in class. No kidding she was a tough marker! What do you expect when someone knows the subject completely? It was a boring class, fridays for 3 hours.. (never lasted all 3 hours).. but the final presentation was fun. Especially since she gave A+ to ours, which displayed gore, naked dead bodies and more

Excellent teacher. She was tough, but fair. Her class involved a lot of work and everyone knew it was tedious, but she taught it well. One suggestion would be to have more clearly defined work to do. I suggest using WebCT instead of giving us a word document with everything and expecting us to hear her when she announces an assignment in class.

Definitely better than Peggy, who I had for COMM1. I feel she had a lot of fun with our class too. Her style of teaching was pretty good, although staring at powerpoint slides for 3 hours straight got a little rough (especially since I had it on a Friday) it was still a pretty good class, and I think most of the class had a good time too.

well, I dont hate her, I dont love her. she was a decent teacher. REAL TOUGH MARKER. just dont get on her bad side. if you have an outgoing personality HIDE IT! oh. and dont wear a hat that covers your eyes... we had one... and he got picked on lol. naw, she's allright, just dont piss her off.
