Keith is great! Baffled that so many people have complaints. He's passionate about what he teaches, and if you pay attention there's a lot of good information in his lectures, even if you may find them boring. He's nice and friendly as well, and his class had such a good, chill vibe, it was great. I intend to take more classes with him! Great man.

I can't believe Keith has so many negative comments. I've had him for several CREW classes and one English and I enjoyed all immensely. He gives helpful, thoughtful feedback on your writing and I love the way he facilitates workshops. He is a very kind and caring man and was very understanding when I went through a rough patch. Love Keith!

Keith is a wonderful man who is passionate about what he does and is very encouraging to his students. Be warned that he does have a tendency to play favourites. As long as you pay attention, actively participate in his classes, and put effort into your work, you should be fine.

flakey and self-important dud. soooo boring. patronizes you with dull lectures about what you know and then confuses you by not explaining how he marks, what he asks. everyone snoozes and then he tries to apologize by giving you way high marks. take the class for good GPA but don't expect to hear or learn anything interesting from this dull man

Snore! I have nothing but complaints for this teacher, which is strange since I got a B+ in his class. But he's an ****, he's the world's most boring person, and he was uninformative, to say the very least. I felt like I was back in highschool again (notes for absences?!?!).

Dry classes when he reads directly from his mini lecuture notes. However, he marked fair and I did leave knowing a lot more about Shakespeare. Lots of movies and class presentations. His final exam was difficult, but still finished with a decent mark. He sets a reasonable work load for the course!
