Pleasure to be in Kelly's class. Have to work hard and he motivates that. Kelly takes an interest and wants his students to do well. Must study and put effort in, be sure to listen to instructions-he gives them with well meaning. After decades of not being in the classroom, this was a great experience and challenging in a positive way!

Great teacher, somehow makes environmental issues interesting. A little hard on the tests, but as others have stated follow the study guides and you will be fine. Just show up to class and don't go on your phone.

Kelly is passionate about environmental issues and because of that makes this course so much more interesting. He is great at communicating with his students about what he expects and what will be on the exams. Don't expect the exams to be easy though, but by following study guides you are likely going to succeed.

I do not recommend taking bio with Kelly unless you want to fail. Worst prof I've ever had in my life. He doesn't care about his students and is little to no help with anything regarding bio. Tests were ridiculous.

I wasn't a huge fan of his teaching style, he tends to just read off his slides. If you like that, then you'll probably enjoy this class. He really pushed the Polling Project, so if you're not into that you might not like the class. His tests are quite difficult, but if you do his review questions you'll do fine.

Kelly was by far the best Instructor that I have ever had. He makes you want to succeed in his class. His exams are difficult but if you want to learn Bio he is the person to go to. Plus he's easy on the eyes so that's a big plus.

Kelly is an outstanding teacher. He forces his students to put their own effort into passing the course. He makes you grow up and become a responsible student and won't baby you. He's great at explaining the content in class, provides awesome homework assignments which work as great exam study guides. He knows his stuff.

There will be no surprise questions on tests. Its either you do the work and do well, or don't do the work and have a bad experience. Kelly gets you going. I think this class is fair. This class teaches those who don't want to study, to learn how to study. Expect to be a better student in other classes after taking this class.
