Comment:

Shes very kind and helpful!! She teaches well and makes the lessons easy to understand! She also always has sessions outside of class if you did not fully understand the material during class! Only complaint is that she takes off points on tests easily.

Comment:

She's such a great professor! Best I've had by far! She is very kind and approachable and really cares about her students success. She tries to make the material as easy as possible and gives plenty of opportunities to seek help or extra help if needed. She has got your back! Definitely take her if you can.

Comment:

Mrs. Smith is really sweet and gives you a lot of opportunities for help. The homeworks are due the night before the test so you don't get counted off for not knowing the answers right away. She gives you a practice test that is fairly close to the actual test. Only bad thing is she does grade pretty harshly on the tests, and they are fairly hard

Comment:

Dr. Smith gave awesome lectures. She made all the material easier to understand and broke it down into the simplest terms possible. The homework was easy and she offers help via email as well. She also offers numerous review sessions for tests. She takes attendance everyday on top of clicker quizzes, but going to class is essential anyways.

Kim Smith makes this class so much harder than it actually is, she spends half the class rambling about irrelevant stuff and then tries to fit in the lesson. On tests, she takes points off so easily. She does not prepare you for the final at all. Don't get me wrong, she is one of the nicest people you will ever meet,she's just not a good teacher.

Kim Smith is honestly one of the best math teachers I've ever had! You can tell she genuinely cares about her students and wants them to succeed and really get the material. She does review sessions before the exams, and she's always there to help whether it be email or by appointment. She's very easy to learn from, just make sure to attend class.

Sweetest woman ever but very picky when it comes to how she wants to see work done. Homework examples seem like a breeze and test questions are much more challenging.

She was the sweetest person ever. My only issue with her was that she took points off on tests way to easily and for irrelevant things. Im pretty good at math and struggled in this class at times, so be ready to study.

TAKE HER!! She is such an awesome teacher. She explains everything you need to know and post everything we did that day. She is always there to help you and never allows you to be lost in her class. She's wonderful I would take her over and over!

Definitely definitely wants to make sure you understand the material. Shows how to do homework problems in class. Let's you do makeup points on one of the tests. Clicker points every class. Very nice & sweet lady. Taught in a manner that helped many of the students

Kim was a great teacher. I didn't think this class would be difficult, but the material sometimes was. However, she would always ask if we had questions and would work problems for us in class, so I always did our homework during her lectures. As long as you listen in class, there is no reason you can't do well. Take her!!!!

I honestly was lazy during this class and ended up missing 2 classes and still made an A. Do take into account though, if you are not a natural at math, you should attend class. She counts points off on tests easily but always tries to help you out before exams. Make sure to do webassign and study your written quizzes. Also offers extra credit.

Kim smith is one of the nicest professors I have had but her class is very tough. She is a very hard grader and her tests and exams are near possible. She uses web assign examples during her lectures but the problems she does are not near as difficult as the ones on the test. She also hates when you miss even just one class.

Math is my absolute worst nightmare and Kim Smith didn't help, nor hurt my stance. The class is surprisingly difficult but all she does is examples from the WebAssigns in class. She offers help and appointments but when you go she just reworks examples that she did in class and expects you to understand right away. I would not take her again.

Kim is one of the nicest professor I have ever had! She does an awesome job helping you if you need homework help and genuinely cares about her students. Test are not bad be sure to read ALL the directions. Definitely recommend her!

Kim Smith was a great teacher for a challenging class. She is extremely helpful and clear. Any math class requires a lot of effort which she expects from you, but she wants you to succeed. If you put in the effort, you'll have no problem. She's a great professor.

She is very nice and the class is kind of easy but the TESTS and EXAMS are killers. Quizzes are easy and she helps if you ask . STUDY for tests and exams and you should make an A. Come to class because you have easy clicker quizzes like everyday. Would've passed but the last test and final exam I failed due to sickness & lost a chunk of grade

I love Ms. Smith. She cares about her students and she definitely takes time to make sure that everyone gets the concept. She's very organized and helpful. I love that she posts the note taking guides for each class. Definitely a tough grader when it comes to tests and quizzes but she will let you fix your mistakes to earn some credits back.

Comment:

Kim is the perfect teacher to have for 123. She moves really slowly, the homework is about 20 questions a week, and she lets you do corrections on tests for half points back. She grades hard on tests, but she posts all her notes online, so just include all the work that she shows in her examples. TAKE HER, IT SAVED ME!
