very lecture heavy and only read from slides. you can tell she's the type of prof who is there for her research and doesn't care about teaching. She will offer to look over assignments again but will likely lower your grade and she even said she compares tests when grading so the grading scheme is very unfair.

She doesn't give reviews but for every lecture gives a list of lecture objectives (which are main topics that will be covered in the lecture). I used those as a review and got 85% on the midterm so with hard work, it is fair. NO multiple choice on the midterm, just definitions, short and long answer. Bought book for $180 and never need it :(

Kimberly Cote appears as if she has little interest in teaching or her students. She reads directly off slides and often does not inform herself on the topics of the course. There was disorganization and lack of direction in the course. Overall unenthusiastic and ruined the topic for me.

She does tend to read off lectures but refuses to post them and deducts marks if you don't attend lecture. Had her for Drugs and Behaviour and the content barely exceeds common knowledge so i was a little too basic for my liking.

Arrogant, condescending, control-freak. Approachable and available; but I wouldn't recommend that unless you are a glutton for punishment. Even if you do well in her classes, she is still intolerable.
