Hippy Kippie is hilarious and I would definitely advise taking him. He's an easy grader and an easy grade. His class is somewhat boring and confusing, but no one will get lower than a C.

The class is not structured. There's no work, except a few papers and a midterm and final. Didn't read the books. He tells a lot of really cool stories and shows movies. You might think you're failing, but he never gives a final grade under a C. He's strict with technology (marks you as absent if he catches you). He's a cool guy.

He is the best kind of person in the world. I would be honored to take another class with this man. There is a lot we can learn from him.

Kip is a nice guy but the subjects he teaches are beyond dull. If you're into completely vapid, meaningless philosophical drivel, he's your man. He is an example of a big problem with CNU's philosophy department, which is its conservative character. Many of the professors come from mediocre universities (Regent) and preach nonsense.

Sacred Communication. This was my favorite class I have taken at CNU. Hippy Kippy is a very energetic professor, he knows what he's talking about, read the books he assigns and get ready for a very wild class! We did run off on tangents quite often, however all of them ended up to fit in the subject (surprisingly). Go take a class with kip

Easy C, impossible A... this guy is crazy, and will give you a C if you do nothing, but will not give A's. Not a great prof, and tells inappropriate stories in class

You need to take a class with Dr. Redick; I don't care which one. I don't know if he is still teaching critical thinking, which is what I had him for. Anyway, he often tells a lot of stories which are always entertaining.

He's a really nice guy, and his stories are sometimes interesting, but his class was really boring. I don't even know what he was talking about most of the time...most of it sounded like something someone made up when they were tripping on acid.

Dr. Redick is pretty great. He's interesting and engaging, with a lot of intelligent conversations underneath a fun and loud personality. Sometimes his class lacks structure, which can be difficult, and he definitely gets off on tangents-- you learn a lot about general life from this class, if you actually listen and think about the discussions.

Dr. Redick is a great guy and has lots of interesting things to say. His class, however, is a lot of unnecessary work and he is very unclear about what he wants at times. Loved the professor, hated the class.

i hate this class so much. all he talks about are his days hitch-hiking across the country 6 times and trippin on acid and shrooms. hes a nice guy, but class is sooo boring and there is a ton of writing, like journals, reading and papers, and he doesnt tell you what to write about. doesnt return emails ever.

Class is pretty boring except for his random tangents about his past. You do a lot of writing for journals and a lot of group projects.

Yes, be prepared to do a lot of work, and be prepared to listen up in class. However, he is always very helpful and easy to talk to. Don't take advantage of him, and if you do your work (even the bare minimum), you're golden.

Great stories. The only bad part is the amount of work you have to do. If you hate journals don't take this class.
