She's great! Sometimes her lectures are long, but I found everything interesting. She's really laid back. There were only 2 papers and a few in-class easy quizzes. She loves to hear your opinions. Just a really nice person.

It's important to take the notes in class along with taking note of what she says orally but isn't included on the projector. Many opportunities for extra credit. Grades easily on papers. Very interesting lecturer; you'll learn a lot! The textbook is not used at all except if you want to read as a supplement to the course.

She is such a great teacher, gives extra credit. I love her!! Best teacher at CMU hands down. Kind of a hippie but it's okay. She doesn't take attendance but she has in class assignments that are really easy so you might wanna come so you can get the points.

Go to class and take notes and do the in class assignments. She's very passionate about the subject and gives study guides that tells exactly what is going to be on the exams. Easy A, I ended the class with over %100. I suggest she goes on "What not to wear" though.

Prof. Payne is such an easy teacher. Seriously just go to class, listen to what she says and you'll be FINE on the tests. Don't skip! She does in class assignments randomly. She's really understanding and if you have any problem talk to her about it and she'll work with you. She's very passionate about what shes teaching. I highly recommend.

Amazing professor! Notes are clear and precise, easy to get down. You absolutly DO NOT need to buy the book, IF you go to class. She grades really easy, don't worry about the papers. The class is easy but you do have to study a little for exams. Nothing big. If you don't get an A or at least a B you shouldn't be in college because you're just lazy.

Easy. Go to class, do the little assignments, they add up. Would of had an A in the class, instead of A-, if I went to one more, missed an A by a point. Papers are unbelieveable easy, do not stress out over them. Follow the guideline and you'll get full credit. Tests can be tricky, but nothing a few hours the night before the exam can't handle.

This class was so easy! There was 1 quiz, and 2 exams which are 40 m.c questions each. There were also 2 4-page papers that she grades easy. Don't buy the book! The notes she gives in class are perfect. Lecture is rather boring and it drags on but there's a lot of little in class assignments so it isn't a bad idea to go to class.

Very easy class! Go to class, take notes, and study them and you'll be fine. Attendance is basically mandatory - she gives in class assignments that are worth some points and the end of the semester. All of her exams and quizzes are from her lectures - I never opened my book once! Just make sure you go and take the notes down.

AWESOME TEACHER. If you are going to take this class, take it with her. She gives great notes, and the tests never include something she hasn't gone over. The inclass assignments are easy. She grades really easy, and even lets you turn in assignments late. She is fun and very very passionate which makes it interesting to listen to her!! Loveee kit!

she is a pretty cool teacher, but the info kinda boring at times and some of the videos were weird and gross, but overall not bad. just study for the tests and you'll be fine. but notes are kind of unorganized so just keep that in mind esp when studying for tests. easy A though for sure!

AMAZING TEACHER, TERRIBLE SUBJECT-IT'S REALLY GROSS esp. the birthing thing yuck! But she teaches quite well and always has some piece of valuable information for her students. I would suggest any class with her... even if it was like how to build a car out of Popsicle sticks class. which she probably can do by the way.
