Awesome prof! Loved going to class and found his tests and exam extremely fair. He is hilarious and super passionate about epigenetics. Put in the work and you will do well.

no textbook for mbg4110, loves epigenetics and will lecture passionately about it. need to go to class as he likes to have minimal text on slides and teach everything verbally. also took mbg 4500 and 4510 research project 1 and 2 with him and is not one to hold your hand through projects. available in office but you need to ask for meetings.

His notes are great but his exams are definitely more challenging comparing Dr. L. I studied my a$$ off for the midterm but had hard time with his exam. Dr L's multiple choice questions on the other hand were piece of cake

Dr. Yankulov is excellent, he has great notes and has so much enthusiasm for molecular biology, which I didnt think was possible. Great prof! Wish he taught the whole course!
