okay director. Don't agree with band rules. If you jsut happen to have the flu or are sick on a dress rehearsal you fail! So going would put everyone else in jeopardy on the night of the gig. He thinks there is no excuse to be gone.

Comment:

A very nice guy, sometimes too nice when dealing with a rowdy bunch. However, you have to give Dr. Blocher credit for trying to give everybody a chance to keep playing. Definitely has a good head on his shoulders when it comes to teaching kids.
