Prof Josbeno is the sweetest, but, wow, he is a horrible professor. I got an A both semesters, but I cannot tell you the first thing about physics. He just rambles in class about everything other than physics & shares a lot of stories. If I didn't understand something, I tried going to his office hours but he isn't helpful. Teach yourselves.

Good teacher. Does like to tell stories related to the topic, can be frustrating if you are very methodical. :P He does make class interesting. Before taking the class, I really loathed math of any kind, after taking his class, I really enjoyed it.

Prof. Larry Josbeno was always available after class or after school to answer questions. He assigned lot of homeworks and lab reports to write, but it is all for your own good. If you do them all and understand the concept you will find the exams easy I still have all his notes and go back to it when i need to, the last class i had with him was 3

AWESOME TEACHER- VERY APPROACHABLE. YOU MUST DO THE WORK TO DO WELL IN HIS CLASSES. SOME STUDENTS MAY HAVE THOUGHT "HE WAS ABOVE THEIR HEADS" BUT I THINK HE WAS VERY HELPFUL TO ANY ONE WHO TOOK THE TIME TO SEEK OUT THE HELP. CONSIDERING HIS SUBJECT MATTER- IT'S HARD TO NOT BE "OVER YOUR HEAD". EXCELLENT TEACHER. ONE OF THE BEST I EVER HAD.

while he is brilliant, he doesnt realise his students are usually not at his level. he goes realllly fast when teaching, and will often make a mistake during a problem and have to re-do it, making it all confusing. but he is more then willing to help when needed. videos in lab make you fall asleep though... can be an easy A if you do the work.

If you're willing to study, work hard and complete the assignments, it is possible to succeed in Physics. Larry's manner of teaching causes you to think about physics in your every-day life and consider its practical applications. Both the course and the prof are an ace. Larry's always more than willing to help students, just don't be a whiner.
