Extremely helpful. Does make mistakes in class, but never has a problem saying "oops, my bad" when someone points them out. Always helps when you need it. I once went for help outside his office hours and he spent a whole hour explaining things to me! Cares about his students, that's for sure!

I thought he was great! Put SO much effort into helping his students succeed, which is rare in professors. Organic chemistry is hard, but he makes it do-able (of that makes sense).

I really don't know why everybody likes Dr. Lee - he made this course completely unbearable. His notes aren't clear, or even helpful, and he completely rushes through the material. He makes you feel dumb when you ask him questions during tutorials. His offhand and unorganized style of teaching just isn't for me. I hope I never have him again!

Lee is a very nice man who honestly wants his tudent succeed. To many sales pitches for coop and does not EXPLAIN what is happening, just writes rxn after rxn, skims over difficult stuff while giving a billion examples for the easy stuff. Good guy , not the best prof though.

Larry is a prof with the best intentions. He had lots of review sessions during the term and near the final. His big drawback is the fact that he makes the quizzes relatively easy then the final is impossibly hard. Great prof though.

dr lee is great, probably the best prof ive had since being at uvic. the poor easiness grades are due mostly to the difficulty of the course, not his style of teaching/testing. truly cares about the success of his students in the course.

This is my best professor! I enjoyed his class. If you need help, he is there for you. Definitely a five star performance eventhough there are a few mistakes. Try teaching to a large class, can you be error free?
