I not only had Dr. Lindberg for a couple of honors classes but she also helped me with my senior thesis. A very kind and thoughtful teacher.

You will read something basically every night before class. I will be honest, I used sparknotes for almost every reading assignment. You will at least need to do that in order to pass the quizzes she will give most days. There will also be a few small projects, but they are not very difficult as long as you try. Always participate in discussions.

She's a great teacher. I plan on taking her for all of my honors classes. Gives a lot of feedback on papers, but if you make an effort to do well, she will give you an A. Technically you don't have to participate, there are a few students that don't, but her grading of your material may reflect that. The final project is also very easy.

The readings are long and rather boring. She gives pop quizzes all the time so if you don't read you're skrewed. That being said, Dr. Lindberg is also an incredibly kind woman and understands if you need a deadline for an essay. There are two big essays, many quizzes and a creative project. Decent class, decent teacher. Overall it could be better

She's a good teacher, although she does enjoy steering discussion if it doesn't necessarily coalign with her ideas. Pop quizzes, but as long as you read or sparknote the books, you'll be fine. Only thing I dislike was her refusal to use blackboard- I still am not sure of my grade and it's finals week. I'll be taking her again.

Very dismal experience. Does not put grades on Blackboard. Extremely subjective grader.

Honors 201 was a great class with Dr. Lindberg. She assigns a lot of reading, but per the course requirements. There are a lot of pop quizzes, but also some are hinted at beforehand. Very understanding and will work with you if you need help on something. Wants you to succeed.

Beware of her subjective grading. If you disagree with her beliefs or ideologies, all of your quiz grades (which are 'randomly' given almost every class!) will suddenly plummet. Oh, did I mention that they're 20% if your grade? As long as you attend class and don't sleep, she'll count you as participating. She will NOT tell you your grade... she does not use Blackboard and you aren't allowed to ask her how you're doing in class.

The class is a bit of a joke. I regret buying the books because you can sparknote them all and contribute intelligently to the in-class discussions. The quizzes are easy, even if you sparknote everything. Even if you don't read, you can still get an A in the class by doing well on the group project and your cultural event essay. I'll take her again

We called this class "The Book Club" because literally all we did was read novels & then discuss the events that occurred in them. We never went in depth about the meaning behind the text or related it to real life or anything that invokes critical thinking. If you want an easy A, take this course, but if you want to gain anything out of it, do not

Dr. Lindberg is my favorite professor. She is kind and her class is fun. It is all reading and discussion with 2 projects and 2 papers. She holds tightly to her opinion, but if you don't mind that, she is fantastic! I would highly recommend taking her.

Professor Lindberg is nice teacher. Her class is easy, and anyone can pass with an A+, but I would not take this class again with her or any other classes with her. She's quick to shoot down opinions in discussion, and is pretty proud, while still well-informed, in teaching. So if you're okay with having your ideas shot down sometimes, then Easy A.

This class is all discussion participation which I hate. One day she brought in a ball to throw at people to get them to contribute. There is a lot of reading which I also do not do, so I don't do well on the occasional quizzes. She always gives advance warning though. On a paper she told me my punctuation errors were distracting yet gave me a 93.

LOVE HER <3 She's such a sweet lady. You can sparknote the readings and still get an A on quizzes. Don't bother to buy he books cuz you can get them online. This class, by far, is the easiest honor class that I have taken. I highly recommend her.

Overall, she's a great prof. Like most honors classes, it is discussion based, and you do a ton of reading. There are quizzes periodically, and a couple of projects such as the cultural event essay, a group culture presentation, and the creative project final. She's really nice and understanding!

The class is mostly student discussion based, so she mostly serves as a moderator. There are no tests, but occasional pop quizzes and lots of writing. There is a TON!!!!! of reading to do, so be prepared.

I thought Lindberg was boring. The subject matter was practically useless. The stuff I learned in this class would only help me if I were on a game show. I had trouble paying attention just about every day.

Dr. Lindberg's class is so laid back. We spent most of our time discussing the material we read, and I really got a great understanding because of it. This class is great! Ask a lot of questions and don't be afraid to contribute in class, she's really open minded.
