I got an A in the class, but was dropped down to an A- for "lack of participation". What that is referring to is that I didn't do an extra curricular activity not on the syllabus, because I had another class, and was chastised for not "behaving like a graduate student".

GREAT teacher. Don't take a class with her if you're looking for bull**** credits, her class is hard but well worth it. You'll learn a lot. I enjoy attending her class although it's not required. Highly recommended.

I will never take a class with her again! She teaches her class by reading off of powerpoint presentations, which anyone can do. She doesn't have scheduled office hours. You have to make an appointment which is inconvenient.
