Absolutely loved her and the course! She's funny in a quirky way and cares for her students (even though she may seem a bit cold one on one) and the material. Group projects make up the majority of your mark but the TAs are easy markers. The textbook is very helpful for the exams and can be read in 2 days max. Would recommend!

Her two classes were extremely easy if you have any interest in ecology and birds. Keep up with her classes and you'll ace the course. Labs are a LOT of work but if you spend the time on it, you'll do insanely well. My two highest marks in my university career thus far!

The worst professor I have ever had. Do not ever take this course. She only talks about birds, reads directly off her slides and is unable to answer basic questions in class when people ask her. She spends so much time talking about her research experience in the middle of nowhere and very little time actually teaching. Never ever take this course!

I had her for both conservation and population I do not recommend her courses. She spends the whole time talking about songbirds and nothing else. She is extremely useless to talk to regarding assignments and lecture information. All of her arguments are one sided and she refuses to acknowledge there is another side. She even dodges Q's in class.
