horrible teacher.. Must put your time in the book for a decent grade. Never provides a syllabus... just stick to his handout packets.. he does let you retake the test so that's a plus...otherwise he's not as bad to pass the class....

WOW this class was a joke. He really didn't teach and when it came down to exams the computers never worked so you were forced to take all exam last minute. I don't believe I learned anything, but I did pass. I think neveryone did. He is not very helpful either:/

I took Him for 101 and 102. He tells you exactly what to study but really don't bother going to class unless you need help with the reading. This class is more like an online class; this class is great if you work well on your own. of the 4 tests you will most likely have all within 2 weeks he will drop the lowest score. Great guy very funny

I love accounting... but after taking it with him I am starting to think twice. I attend every class and do all the homework and I still can't get my grade any higher than a B- on tests!!! Do not take this class!!! He doesn't explain anything, doesn't know where he left off from last class, and is always late or never shows up.

IT IS NOT true that he is easy. On the contrary is is very but i repeat very hard. Attendance is not mandatory but if you actually want pass the class not only you have to study but you have 2 make sure to go to class if not then don't waist your time on attending whenever you feel like it. It is HARD!!!! worst professor ever!!!!!

I received a B on his class but it took long hrs. of studying not including 4 hours of lecture every day which it was torture. HE IS A VERY HARD PROFESSOR TO PASS. ALTHOUGH HE IS FUNNY WHEN LECTURING. NOT EVERYONE PASSES HIS CLASS WITH A DECENT GRADE. HE IS NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL!!! IF you are new to Accounting, i wouldnt recommend this professor. He has the tendency to confuse the class. Its difficult to read his writting. Terrible at making clarification. On the positive side, he gives answers to homework. Not mandatory to attend class. Gives extra credit. In order to pass his class, you must PASS the exams.

I would not recommend this instructure. His test are hard, and quiz's are treaky. If you really like accounting and enjoy all the debits and credits then get him, if not, and you know you might need help then don't get him, is not that he doesn't explain but he's grading scale is not by a curve soo....don't get him.

I loved this teacher! He's a little quirky, but he means well and he was great at explaining the material. Put things in a way that made it easy to understand the concepts presented in the text. No homework, just 4 tests, 1 group project, and some extra credit. Only setback is that your grade totally depends on your test scores.

Mr. Williams is a funny guy. his class is not easy, but its because of the subjest that he teaches. its not easy stuff. but he makes it fun. no homework, lots of study. he gives you the answers bfore the test, all you have to do is study them, easy to get lost. gave a lot of effort tothe class(98% on the final) and still got a C.
