He's a really funny, engaging and rambunctious professor and he really interacts with students a lot (if you go to class). You don't really need to go to class to secure an A, just read his slides they're extremely straightforward and will help you prepare for the exam if you're good at memorization.

The course requires an extensive amount of memorization & concepts. Len is hilarious, I came to class just to laugh. I would take a course with him any time, but I wouldn't repeat organization behaviour as this course requires a lot of understanding. But he is amazing as a prof, he's quirky, respected, gives a good insight on life and the course.

Lecture materials are laid out from the start and they are easy over all. if your study well enough (i didn't) tests are going to be easy but if you don't you will lose a lot of mark for simple concepts. he is very engaging in lectures and his humor is well timed compared to any other prof who tries to be funny

Very passionate professor. One of our greatest faculty members at the University. He really made a difference and inspired me to be confident in my abilities as a student. Such an easy class especially when you take it with him. You don't exactly have to go to class because you can study from the textbook and pass with an A/A+ easily. But, I would recommend going to his lectures because he's so fun and really easy going. If you don't understand something he's willing to provide several examples.

The only negative thing I can say about Prof. Len is that, if you cut out all his joke, stories, etc. than you can really cut the 3 hour lecture into 45-60 minutes. Other than that, he is a great guy, wonderful professor, and passionate. If you do the readings & case study before lecture weekly you'll do fine.

Great prof! Gives good lecture, really into course material - he co-authored the textbook btw. Love how he tie the concepts to current affairs. Amazing humor, laid back. Pretty much feels like hitting jackpot for being able to enroll in his class for first year.
