Very boring class. She doesn't really have a welcoming personality. Very picky when grading things. Students were extremely unprepared for the final because it didn't feel like we learned any material, we just did online assignments the whole semester.

I took Dr. Spencer for FHPWM and HBTC. She is one of the best professor's I've had at Rowan. She really cares about her students and encourages them to get involved outside of the classroom. She responds to emails very quickly. You have to work to earn an A in her class. If you put in the effort its definitely manageable.

I love Dr. Spencer!!! I want to be her. She is a very good professor. Definitely makes you work for an A, but always makes her classes interesting. She also keeps you until the very last minute. But worth it, take her!!!!!

Dr. Spencer is a great professor. She really knows her information and is always willing to help. If you don't understand something she is quick to help. You can always meet her after class for extra help is needed. She is a fair grader. Attendance is mandatory. It's an easy A.

Such a good teacher! She is extremely clear about every subject. Gives homework for every lesson. Homeworks and tests are all based on the book but they're very clear. Posts grades as soon as she grades papers and answers emails quickly. She is also flexible and comprehensive. VERY HELPFUL! I would take all my classes with her if possible!!

She is such a friendly professor and is willing to help anyone that asks her. Seriously! she requires a lot of work but its all little things. I thought the class was useless at first but it helps you out with the small things in life (resume etc.) She definitely makes you work for you grade, but it's really not that hard.

I do not see why there is so much hate her Dr. Spencer. She has her Doctrine and is the coordinator of HPFM, of course it's going to be difficult. If you do your work and go to her when you need help (because she will help you) then you will be fine. You have to earn the A but is possible.

Shes very nice and helps her students. responds quickly to emails. mc quiz every week, 2 projects and a cumulative 100mc final. quizzes 10 points each. study for an hour b4 each class you will be fine. must record what you eat for a week. it ended up being a very interesting class and has helped my eating habits on campus. i would to take her again

Love her. Very helpful and clear on assignments. You have to put in some work in her class, but most of it is easy. She also didnt require you to read the text but rather she bought one for general use in the library. Looks out for the students. Overall a great role model.
