Extremely kind and keeps from making things too complicated. Tries very hard to help with understanding the material as opposed to spitting it back out on a test. Could use a bit of a firmer hand in the classroom, as the subject material and course lvl are a feeding ground for over opinionated students who would rather argue than learn. Still, A++!

Took him online, got put in his class when my original choice instructor decided not to teach this semester. Requires insanely ridiculous amount of work for an elective course.. 3 essays, a research paper, final all on top of assignments and crazy amount of discussions. He is also not very clear on instructions. Had to drop for fear of failing.

VERY BORING!!! lectures don't have anything to do with the tests! if you just look up everything on the study guide and write it on you're cheat sheet (which is allowed for the test) you will get an a! i got a b bc i did not attend class very often (it was just so boring and pointless)

This teacher is horrible, and would write me horrible comments about my writing. I got A's in every class but this one (including all English writing courses). His class isn't required which I think he gets some sort of power trip out of making it hard, since people are probably taking it for an easy A. I WOULDN'T recommend him to teach anything!!

The class was an easy A... interesting to learn different cultures. His teaching style is a little unorthodox but he is a very nice guy and will do anything to see you succeed. Study guides are a must. There is no reason not to pass.

There was an insane amount of writing required, I do not recommend taking if you have a full load. The grading on the essays were far too strict for personal views on the subject matter. If you have kids and a full time job i advise taking this one by itself and absolutely not on line.

Not too bad looking for his age...I really don't care for history classes but he made the class interesting. I loved hearing all the stories he told. I liked the "old-fashion" approach he took to teaching- lecture and overhead.
