Comment:

Very easy and extremely interesting class. Lectures are on powerpoint. Tests are multiple choice. Questions came from the notes and it helps if you read the book. Extra credit questions on the test came from PsycTreck and in class demonstrations. Your final grade is the average of 4 test grades. I made a B+. Easy A though.

Dr. Eby was a very nice teacher. Class was easy. All you have to do is go to lecture and type her powerpoint slides. Test comes straight from the notes and she asks questions about the examples used in class which are not in the notes. Extra credit on tests if you answer the bonus questions right about the PsycTreck videoes!

Material came all from the lecture and examples in class, with a few questions from major material covered in the chapters. Make sure you go to class and watch the Psyctrek videos for extra credit and easy points on the exams. Only four exams for the total grade. Not cumulative final exam. Makes class interesting.

Lectures were informative and creative. Tests are memorazation. Eby isnt willing to cut you any slap and wasnt available often to help. If you memorize every bit of your notes, the tests should be a breeze!

Dr. Eby is such a great teacher. She is hilarious and is always avaliable to help her students. Lectures are pretty strait-foward; however, you have to read the textbook chapters for each test. There are four tests with extra-credit avaliable for each. If you are willing to read this class is an easy A.

Excellent professor. Funny and clear, wants you to understand. The use of the book is advised. Tests aren't too bad...all 40 questions aremultiple choice, but each question is 2.5 points...little rough. Fine professor, would most defintely rec. this class!

She is amazing! Her topics usually sway to sex and it is the most entertaining class possible. She does funny in-class experiments and varying her teaching methods to keep students interested.

This class is REALLY easy. She says attendance isn't mandatory, but at least 5 questions on the test are "what did we do in class" questions that you'll know if you went. She's funny so it isn't boring. There's only a few questions from the text, so just skim or look over the outline packet. Basically study the notes and you're good!

Good lecturer. Must read the book as recommended because the tests are not all from her lectures. She makes the class interesting. She tells you at the beginning of the semester that you have 4 tests (and that includes the final) that will sum up your grade so study.

she's absolutely hilarious, is super knowledgeable about her field, and makes lectures as interesting as possible. you'll definitely make an a if you attend all classes and skim the assigned readings. if you have a hard time reasoning out semi-tricky multiple choice questions, go to Dr. Eby, and she'll find some way to help you. she's awesome.

She one of the wrost teachers i have at uga. she gives out very little extra credit while others (crystal) gives a ton and crystal also drops the 3 lowest tests. Eby dose not round up or give her students a break and her test are hard. he notes cover about only parts of the test.

Dr. Eby is by far my favorite professor at UGA! She makes lecture fun and interesting! This class will be an easy A if you go to class and read the book! Some students think the tests can be tricky but I read the book and the notes and was able to make an A on all the tests! If you can, take this class from Dr. Eby!

Good teacher. I guess her tests might have been a little tricky but I studied and go As on most of them. Attending class is essential, however, as the majority of the test is from the lecture. She does throw in questions from the book, however, to catch those who dont read, but it is not alot. Not alot of extra credit opportunites, but some.

Dr. Eby was an AWESOME teacher! I highly recommended her as a teacher to anyone! She's very laid back and outgoing, and she really tries to make her lectures interesting for her students. It is obvious that she is aware that some material is just boring, so she tries her best to spice it up! Take her class if you can! She's GREAT!
