Professor Behrens is an amazing professor. She makes Biology for the non-majors extremely easy. I didn't buy the textbook this semester, and I'm glad that I didn't because she showed us the page of whatever it was she was talking about on the overhead. DEFINITELY TAKE HER!

Definitely take this class. It was so easy and I thought it was going to be hard. She give you outlines and writes all of the notes on the board. The tests are easy and she gives a study guide. This turned out to be my favorite class of the semester.

This class is SO easy for a gen ed! I do not like science at all and still managed to do well. 4 tests including the final (which is not comprehensive) and a couple of homework assignments that are short and easy. Tests were straightforward.. mostly M/C and some short answers (fill in the blank, matching, etc) And you don't need the book! TAKE HER!

Behrens is a great professor! I've never been interested in Bio, but she's very organized and makes everything easy to understand. She posts lecture notes online. Go to class, take notes, and study for the tests and you'll be fine. Few 5 point hw assignments. Don't buy the book you don't need it. I definitely recommend this class!

This class is pretty decent. There are a lot of homework and tests, so you have a ton of opportunities to raise your grade. I wish she'd make her lectures more interesting, but overall she's fair.

Very clear and makes bio easy. She writes almost everything on the board. Tests are easy IF YOU STUDY and don't buy the book, you never use it. She is super nice and a great teacher. I recommend her to anyone, especially if you don't really like biology.

Super easy! Her notes are very clear and help a lot with the tests. She provides study guides for you as well. The pop quizzes can throw you off guard, but they don't mean that much comparatively. With each test came extra credit points, and I earned a higher grade with each test, nailing a 99 on the final. Shes really helpful too. Totally take her

Very easy teacher. She does know her information and teaches it well. Pretty easy class and an easy A with a little effort. My only suggestion would be to not but the book and attend as many classes as you can because she gives pop-quizes and a lot of notes.

Dont buy the book. Take notes and come to class. Gives pop quizzes almost every couple classes. Tests are really really hard but provides extra credit. She writes all the notes on the board. Quizzes are confusing and are difficult. She's okay, I'll probably get a C+ or a B-

She is nit picky and obnoxious. ADVICE: take good notes for exams, don't pay $60 for the crappy textbook (that is vaguely reminiscent of my middle school biology text book), and, oh yeah, DON'T TAKE HER.

VERY EASY, easiest biology class ever, she doesn't use the book at all so don't buy it, she has a funny voice that makes you laugh, she's interested in the course and interested in helping you understand i better, Gives out study guides and is very nice. I would recommend.

Great professor, very knowledgeable about the subject. The lectures are kind of boring, but she has a funny voice that will make you laugh. You must go to every class and take good notes though, but you don't need the book. The tests can be a little difficult at times.
