Lisa's easily one of the best professors I've ever had. She's extremely laid-back and absolutely hysterical both in and out of class. She's lovably sarcastic and snarky, and doesn't beat around the bush. She's very caring and sympathetic if you get on her good side (which is extremely easy to do), and she wants to see you succeed.

One of the best English teachers I've ever had. She genuinely cares about all of her students and her class is really laid back. Additionally if you need help a paper she'll work with you if you ask for help. Lisa made E110 tolerable for me.

Even though it takes her forever to return papers, Professor Dill is one of the best. She genuinely wants everyone to do well in her class and cares about everyone becoming a better writer. I felt like I learned something new every class. I would definitely take a class with her again.

Dill is a great woman who is very passionate about her stuff. She is there for you, engages with students, and the class was fun. That being said, be prepared to not have a clue what your grade is in the class until they are posted in UDSIS at the end of the semester. I do recommend.

Amazing E110 professor! Super blunt, but hilarious, and you either love or don't like her personality. Sometimes assignments are a little confusing but overall the class was really fun, easy, and not a lot of work. I would definitely take her again, just because she's so funny and personable!

Don't expect to receive anything back. Ever. She has a personality that you either love or hate. Very blunt. Curses a lot. But really knows what she's talking about. Isn't afraid to offend people so if you're sensitive you may be uncomfortable. The entire semester we received one paper back (out of maybe 8).

Lisa is hilarious and really nice. However, her class is a complete waste of time. I don't know if it's her fault as ENGL312 is all seniors but spending an entire class learning how to use Linkedin and make resumes wasn't very useful to me. I would've loved it as a freshman but as a senior it feels like a complete waste of time.

I would say Professor Dill is one of the best on campus. She is so friendly and down to earth. She genuinely wants everyone to succeed. Be ready to laugh the entire class, as long as everyone does what they should be doing. Took the whole class to get lunch on main street on the last day. Happy to help you anytime in the future!

Lisa is one of the best professors I've had at UD. She's so funny and candid so you never know what's going to pop out of her mouth. She just wants you to learn something from the class, so don't worry about grades. Definitely maintain contact with her after the semester ends, if for nothing else than the comedy factor.

I really enjoyed Professor Dill's class my freshman year. I took her for E110 and my class was small (about 16 students)so we had open discussions and everyone got along well. She incorporates fun and learning. She is awesome. Take her class!

Professor Dill is definitely my favorite professor at UD. She is hilarious and very invested in her classes. The only problem is that you probably won't get all of your assignments back, but she really wants to give everyone A's, so you don't have to worry about your grade. She just wants everyone to have fun and learn something from the class.

Lisa Dill will go down as one of the best professors I've taken at UD. She seriously cares about her students and their success in her class. As long as you show that you are putting in effort and do all the work, an A is eminent. 4 papers, 2 are 1 page, one 6 pages, and the final 2500 word research essay (about 9 pages). Seriously, take her.

Lisa is a tough grader but everything works out in the end. She really wants you to be interested in the material. She's not that organized, but she's a valuable resource and very nice. Prof Dill is awesome! She is the funniest teacher I've had at UD and wants her students to do well. E110 is a BS class that isn't worth much so she gets you in and out efficiently. Compared to other classes, she was really lenient. Due dates aren't rigid and no tests/ quizzes. Take her!

I didnt try too hard in her class b/c my other classes were more important and i still got a B+. she is funny as hell and curses like a trucker. she makes a pointless class funny and enjoyable. she is very clear with projects and lenient with due dates. so glad i picked her for this class! take her!

definitely take Ms. Dill. She is laid-back, easy to talk to, and always there to help. Didn't learn a ton, though. She usually let class out early and we for a while we didn't even have class. Do not buy the books. They're expensive and we didn't use them once. The class was easier then most e110 classes I think.

She's nice and funny but I wouldn't say she's a great professor. And I'm not being a snobby English kid, I just really didn't learn a thing in this class. Weird activities that didn't really enrich my education at all. And it being attached to LIFE class made it even more of a waste of time.

Lisa is the most amazing professor at this university! She puts a ton of energy into helping you improve your writing skills. She is wonderful to talk to outside of class and will help with absolutely anything. This woman is amazing and absolutely the best. If you get the chance, take a class with her!
